Visitors from St. Aloysius College

On April 15th we were honored to welcome a group MCA students from St. Alocious College Mangalore. Their purpose was to visit our inhabitants and brighten their day. They did so by serving them the food and leading long conversations up in the wards. The food was first served to the female, then to the male inhabitants.

 

 

 

Each visit “activates” our residents – they start to come forward and speak with the foreign people wanting to know where they are from, what they do, how their family is and much more. We highly appreciate that the students and their professor spent a long time sharing with our people.

 

 

 

We would like to thank them and the entire St. Aloysius College for their support and their interest in our cause – the students themselves took the initiative last year to collect clothes, game items and even money for a washing machine to keep especially our differently abled children’s dresses clean. We are really grateful to have them on our side striving for the better.
